Dr Guy Turton has been an invaluable team member of Casey Dental Group since 2012. He has a passion for continuing education and predominantly focuses on cosmetic and orthodontic treatments for all ages.
Dr Turton graduated with a Bachelor of Dental surgery with Distinction from the University of Otago in 2006 and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Orthodontics awarded in the United Kingdom.
He is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), The International Association for Orthodontics (IAO) based in the USA, the Aesthetic Orthodontic and Restorative Training Academy (AORTA) and completed his Comprehensive General Dentist Orthodontic training with Progressive Orthodontics in 2015. The same year Dr Turton became a Fellow with the International College of Continuing Dental Education (ICCDE). He is a strong believer in modern, technology-driven orthodontic techniques and as such is a foundation member of the Australasian Clear Aligner Society and is a Platinum Provider for Invisalign.
Dr Turton worked in the private sector in New Zealand, as well as a clinical supervisor at the University of Otago and a Maxillo-Facial house surgeon in the public health service. He was also the New Zealand Dental Students’ Association president in 2006.
Since moving to Melbourne in 2009, he has worked in private clinics in Elwood, Armadale, and Malvern East before moving full-time to Casey Dental Group.
Dr Turton has a caring attitude and is always happy to see you to discuss your treatment options. Outside of work Guy has a love for the great outdoors and enjoys camping with his partner and his dog “Chewbacca” and fly-fishing.
