Create the perfect healthy holiday treat with this coconut oil fudge recipe. Enjoy the basic recipe or customise the flavour to suit your tastes and preferences.
½ cup nut butter or an allergy-free substitute
25g coconut oil or coconut butter
21/2tsp your choice of sweetener (optional)
Melt the nut butter and coconut oil until you can easily stir the mixture. Stir in your choice of additional ingredients and smooth into candy moulds or a shallow container and freeze until set. Pop out of the moulds or slice and enjoy. Any leftovers can be frozen or refrigerated.

1 overripe banana or an additional 2/3 cup coconut butter
¼ cup cocoa powder.
½ cup sliced strawberries.

pistachio butter (make your own by blending pistachios)
