• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
• 1 butter or cos lettuce, leaves separated
• 1 carrot, julienned
• 1 cucumber, julienned
• 2 spring onions, sliced
• Fresh coriander leaves, to serve

Method
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, honey, and chilli flakes. Place steak in a shallow dish and pour over marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

- Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter. Fill each with slices of steak, carrot, cucumber, and spring onion.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and squeeze over lime juice to serve.
